InTandem Capital-backed Vivo Infusion snaps up Neurology Institute of San Antonio and Vista Infusions

Vivo Infusion, which is backed by InTandem Capital Partners, has acquired the Neurology Institute of San Antonio and Vista Infusions, a neurological center and provider of ambulatory infusion services based in Texas. No financial terms were disclosed.

Following the transaction, Vivo will have 20 locations across Texas including infusion centers in Dallas, Houston, Longview, Tyler and San Antonio.
