Argosy invests in US manufacturing and business services companies
Argosy Private Equity has acquired a controlling stake in Mr. Splash Car Wash, a Wisconsin-based car wash chain. No financial terms were disclosed.
Co-founder Jeff Joos will continue to be the CEO of Mr. Splash and a significant owner, as well as co-founder Tony Ruiz, who will also continue to be a significant owner.
