Hull Street Energy has sold Basin Creek, a Butte, Montana-based gas power plant, to Basin Creek Acquisition LLC, a power generation entity formed by Platform Partners LLC and William Pate. No financial terms were disclosed.
Basin Creek was formerly part of the HSE Milepost Power portfolio.
Basin Creek provides 53 megawatts of critical electric generation to consumers across Montana.
